Gift Voucher terms and conditions
Full payment of the gift vouchers value is required upon ordering.
Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from date of issue.
Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If the recipients needs differ from those specified on voucher they may pay extra to upgrade the portrait e.g. adding an extra animal, increasing portrait size. The difference in payment is required upon completion of the portrait.
In the highly unlikely event the recipient is unhappy with the resulting portrait, Ali Bannister will carry out any necessary adjustments as outlined in the standard 'terms and conditions' for commissions.
When purchasing Gift Vouchers for a monetary value, please bear in mind portrait prices may be subject to change without prior warning.
